Brian G. Gross, Ed.D., is a general educational consultant who brings a broad range of insights and work-based expertise to educational leaders, instructional staff, parents/community member stakeholders, and support staff.

Dr. Gross strongly believes that all students deserve the opportunity to excel, thrive, and reach their full potential in the educational arena and that educational staff and parents need the supports and tools to accomplish this.

Brian, an EPLC Fellow, began his educational journey as a K-12 special education teacher with a degree in “Teacher of the Handicapped/Elementary Education.” Earning both his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Educational Leadership, his elementary level journey shifted from teaching to administration as a K-12 IEP Facilitator, Director of Special Services/Title Programs/PPS, Director of Curriculum, Principal (elementary and secondary – public and charter), Chief School Administrator, Assistant Superintendent of Schools, and Superintendent of Schools. Brian has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in special education, K-12 curriculum development, differentiated instruction, MTSS, and educational leadership. He strongly believes that both student and educator success supports critical literacy and achievement through professional development workshops, coaching and mentoring, classroom demonstration presentations, parent communication/engagement trainings, and administrative support and trainings.

When he is not consulting, Brian loves to spend time with his wife and family, especially his four grandchildren. He reads everything history and is a car enthusiast who loves to work on his ’56 Ford Thunderbird convertible.
