Donna Fondacaro

Donna Fondacaro is an educational consultant who works with administrators, teachers, and students to provide a positive, comfortable learning environment so that learners may achieve their personal and professional goals.

Donna believes it is essential for an educator to be an exemplary role model for all members of the school community, staff, students, and parents, to earn the respect and trust needed to facilitate the desired culture to promote effective instruction and education.

Donna has worked as both a teacher and administrator in elementary, middle, and high school and has taught college classes. She has degrees in Elementary Education, English, and School Administration. She has worn many hats throughout her career, but specializes in student-centered instruction and reflective teaching practices.

When she is not consulting, Donna can be found at the gym, beach, or a sporting event. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
