Rob McGee is an educational consultant who works with teachers and school leaders to improve professional practices in a multitude of areas. With a differentiated approach to incremental improvement, he works collegially with the school and staff to help find the best path forward given the unique needs of each environment.
Rob has over 36 years of experience in education including math teacher, instructional coach, high school principal, director of curriculum and instruction and superintendent of schools. He earned his Ph.D. from Drexel University in Educational Leadership.
As a life-long educator, Rob believes those who work daily with our children are the true unsung heroes of our communities. His favorite quote is, “A society grows great when members plant trees in whose shade they shall never sit.” Educators plant trees every day.
In his free time, Rob enjoys flower gardening, watching his Phillies and Eagles, reading and road trips with his wife and beagle.
