Dr. Rosetta Wilson is an educational consultant who provides leadership coaching and professional development to administrators and leadership teams focused on developing learning organizations and  improving leadership practices.

Rosetta believes that leadership matters and that strong leaders and leadership teams can significantly impact teacher practice and student achievement.

Rosetta has coached school leaders in transforming schools for more than 10 years.

When she is not consulting, Rosetta enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in community service activities.
