Rozanna Barqawi is an educational consultant who works with administrators and teachers to provide coaching and support to develop best practices to improve student performance.

Rozanna believes that all students have the ability to succeed when provided with the right support and when their learning needs are appropriately met.  She also believes that being a lifelong learner and building relationships with students is key to being a  successful educator and to having a long-lasting impact on students. 

Rozanna has degrees in Secondary Education, History, English as a Second Language, and Higher Education. She is highly experienced in using data to improve instruction,  planning and implementing engaging, meaningful lessons, and curriculum writing. She has also revamped ESL programs to allow for more effective ESL instruction and to ensure that learning is equitable for all learners. 

When Rozanna is not consulting, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, trying new foods, and traveling.
