This workshop equips educators and school leaders with strategies to foster a positive and resilient school culture that supports both student success and adult well-being. The session focuses on developing trusting teams, establishing shared values, and leveraging collective efficacy to address challenges head-on. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants explore the role of communication, empathy, and mindset in shaping a school culture where everyone feels valued and supported. The goal is to create a cohesive environment that drives academic and social-emotional growth.

Key Learnings
