Participants explore strategies for organizing classroom space, establishing clear procedures and routines, and fostering a positive learning environment built on respect and high expectations. The session integrates research-based frameworks and practical tools so that teachers can better anticipate student needs, minimize disruptions, and ensure smooth transitions.
