Workshop Description
This workshop is designed specifically for high school students to help them strengthen their focus, motivation, and ability to manage responsibilities. It addresses the challenges teens face with concentration, time management, and perseverance, particularly in the context of difficult experiences that can impact cognitive functions such as memory and goal-setting. Through interactive activities, students will be guided to identify their core values and passions and learn how to align their daily tasks with what matters most. The workshop emphasizes personal ownership, intrinsic motivation, and practical strategies to succeed academically and personally.
