Participants will gain practical techniques and insights for integrating mindfulness practices into the classroom to promote positive behavior and improve academic performance.

This workshop empowers educators with the tools to integrate mindfulness practices into daily instruction to enhance both student behavior and academic outcomes. Participants explore the connection between self-awareness, self-regulation, and positive behavior, examining how mindfulness builds these competencies. The session includes engaging activities, classroom-based strategies, and social-emotional learning (SEL) integrations that help students reflect, stay focused, and regulate emotions. By the end of the workshop, educators will be equipped with an actionable plan to bring mindfulness into their teaching routines in a sustainable and impactful way.
