PARCC’s Type I items in mathematics assess students’ abilities in application and fluency. Each Type I item is designed with a particular Standards standard and mathematical practice in mind. This workshop reviews the grade-level Standards addressed and provides activities and resources participants can use directly in their classrooms. Materials and activities are tailored to address students’ grade levels.
