Participants explore the physical, mental, and emotional impacts of chronic stress, as well as the factors that contribute to burnout in the education profession. The session emphasizes proactive self-care, time management, prioritization, and boundary-setting techniques. Through reflection and interactive exercises, attendees create personalized action plans to foster resilience, increase productivity, and sustain their well-being both inside and outside the classroom.
